How can I place an order?
How long will my order take?
Our products are all hand made to your specific requirements and we aim to process and complete your order within 2-3 weeks. We will always do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and to give you accurate delivery estimates at the time your order is placed. However, this is only an estimate; at peak seasonal times such as Summer time and Christmas, orders may take longer.
Do you keep items in stock?
Due to the vast range of product, colour and design choices we offer, it is not feasible for Jump 4 Joy to keep stocks of all items unfortunately. For this reason the majority of our jumps are made to order. Please call us if you need items quickly, however, as we do stock some standard items and we will always try our best to meet your needs.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you have already placed an order, it may be possible to change it by calling us, depending upon how far your order has progressed and what changes you wish to make. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate any changes for you. Bespoke products unfortunately cannot be changed or returned once they have entered the production process.
Can I come and see the jumps before I buy?
You’re welcome to visit our showroom in Worcestershire or please visit us at a show: Badminton, Burghley or Hickstead to talk to us and view our huge range of jumps.
