  1. The promoter is Jump 4 Joy Ltd, Unit 2 Knowle Fields Industrial Estate, Inkberrow, Worcestershire, United Kingdom WR7 4H

  2. If you are under 18 years of age when you register, you must provide us with a valid email address for your parent or guardian. Without this you won't be able to enter via our website.
  3. The ambassadorship deal is for one year from the date the winners are announced.
  4. Sponsorship consists of branded kit for the horse and rider, support and promotion via our social media platforms, our website and any relevant print media as well as a cheque for £100 to put towards training or competition costs. Two tickets to the Al Shiraa’a Hickstead Derby Meeting in June 2018. 
  5. Employees or agents of Jump 4 Joy, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  6. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  7. A valid entry consists of a fully completed entry form submitted by the closing date of 30th May 2018.
  8. Entries must be submitted via the online form on our website www.showjumps.com
  9. Automated entries, bulk entries and third-party entries will be disqualified
  10. The promoters' decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to change any aspect of the prize.
  12. The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
  13. The winners must be willing to attend a photoshoot at the Jump 4 Joy trade stand at the Al Shiraa’a Hickstead Derby Meeting in June 2018 where they will receive their prizes. 
  14. Any travel expenses are to be funded by Ambassadors unless by prior agreement. 
  15. The winners must be willing to act as a brand ambassador at all competitions, use and recommend our products, to promote and interact with Jump 4 Joy on all social media, to be available for media interviews, print and potentially TV, and to submit a monthly blog/video blog for use on our website and social media. 
  16. The content must be your own property. It should not infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party (for example trademarks, copyright, privacy rights.)
  17. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that any submissions made become the property of Jump 4 Joy.
  18. Entry to this promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  19. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  20. Jump 4 Joy Ltd reserves the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  21. If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made; Jump 4 Joy Ltd reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
  22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  23. Applications open at 9am on Monday 30th April 2018 and close on Thursday 31st May at midnight BST
  24. 1 entry per person. Multiple entries will be void and the entrant disqualified.
  25. Jump 4 Joy Ltd can accept no responsibility for entries delayed or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. 
  26. Jump 4 Joy Ltd shall not be responsible for technical errors in Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
  27. Applicants agree to Jump 4 Joy Ltd holding their data for purposes of marketing.
  28. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  29. No payment will be made to any Ambassador for any work undertaken. All work provided will be deemed in contra for the programme benefits that include:
    1. Branded kit
    2. Publicity and exposure via Jump 4 Joy’s website and social media channels and any other marketing opportunities the company deems appropriate.
  30. The Ambassadors will be expected to:
  • Provide a personal profile for the Jump 4Joy website #TeamJump4Joy
  • Provide a monthly blog post for the website to be shared on their social media platforms
  • Share Jump 4Joy monthly blog posts on their social media platforms – min 4 times per month
  • Follow and Share Jump 4Joy social media posts on their own platforms making appropriate use of tagging/hashtagging
  • Wear the Jump 4Joy branded horse and rider wear when competing or riding in public
  • Provide Jump 4Joy with images, videos to use on their social media platforms

 

31. The promoter reserves the right to retract Ambassadorship to any appointed Ambassador without explanation or recourse.
