It is important to note that all Jump 4 Joy products are supplied as mobile training obstacles and as jumping over any obstacle is inherently dangerous, the onus is on the person using the jumps, to ensure they are using and setting up the jumps in a suitable manner for that particular rider and situation and adhering to any rules and regulations that may apply to the particular setting in which they are being used.

Jump Stand Feet

Each Jump Stand should arrive with 4 plastic feet (Photo 1).

Step 1: At the base of the Stand there is a black plastic end with a large steel washer and nut attached (Photo 1). Unscrew the nut off the bottom and remove the large steel washer and place both nut and washer safely to one side. The end will then have four raised columns and a bolt fixed through the centre.

Step 2: The four feet must be placed onto the base of the Jump Stand. The easiest way to achieve this is by placing the feet onto the columns in a clockwise motion (Photo 3)

Step 3: Secure the feet and spacers onto base by fitting the washer back on with the nut (Photo 4)

IMPORTANT: It is essential that the washer is fitted with the four raised studs fitting up into the holes of the feet and spacers. When fitted correctly four dimples are left showing in the washer (as opposed to four studs).

Combi Wing Feet

Each Combi Wing should arrive with 4 plastic feet and 4 plastic triangular spacers (Photo 1).

Step 1: At the base of each Combi Wing there are two black plastic ends with a large steel washer and nut attached (Photo 1). Unscrew the nut off the bottom of both ends and remove the large steel washers and place both nuts and washers safely to one side. Each end will then have four raised columns and a bolt fixed through the centre.

Step 2: The four feet and spacers must be placed onto the base of the Combi Wing (Photo 2) so that when it is complete they are located. Each foot and spacer simply locates onto each of the triangular columns of the end of the Wing (Photo 3). The easiest way to achieve this is by placing the feet and spacers onto the columns in a clockwise motion as follows, assembling one side of the Wing at a time place the first foot at a 90 degree angle to the horizontal bar running along the base of the Wing between the two tubes. Place a spacer on one of the columns next to the first foot (Photo 3) then put the second foot next to the spacer just fitted, so it is opposite the first foot, finally fit the second spacer on the remaining column.

Step 3: Secure the feet and spacers onto base by fitting the washer back on with the nut (Photo 4).

IMPORTANT: It is essential that the washer is fitted with the four raised studs fitting up into the holes of the feet and spacers. When fitted correctly four dimples are left showing in the washer (as opposed to four studs).
